If you've already gone thru the steps for calculating your traffic calculating how much disk space you need, will be easy. You will just need to add up all the sizes of the files and the images. Again give yourself a little extra so you can add extra files. How many files should you add, well it depends. In the best-case scenario you should add 1 file once a week. A much more realistic goal is 1-2 files per month. At the very least you should add 1-2 files per quarter (every three month).

Another thing you need to be aware of is a log file. If you have logging turned on (Mom thinks you should) your log files are part of disk space, so you will need to move them off of your host and archive them to another location. With disk space again make sure you are aware of the overage charge before hand. on to Email Accounts
