WoksA wok is something most people buy and never use, and if they do they don't use it properly. To be used properly a wok needs a lot of heat, no really a lot of heat. You can't get that much heat out a standard stovetop, and if you have electric not gas don't even try. If you want to use a wok correctly, try using with the propane-heating unit that comes with a turkey deep fryer, then you'll really be cooking with gas!!

Specialty CookwareThis covers most of the non-standard sizes and pieces of cookware. Probably the most common piece would be a pasta pot. The rule of thumb is you should use it at least once every two weeks, if so the purchase makes sense.
